spellboundUnthinkable, Unseeable, What we had, That had to be bad. I have to leave... you and grieve. Although this may be another's wish, It will leave me selfish. As we don't belong, Unlike love and you in a song, Or a poem, You may think I have stolen, As you don't believe in me, And the powers I can weave steadily, Through my feelings and thoughts, Into words. They hurt too much, It's easier to look away than to touch, The essence they are. Like literature, that is a complex piece of wood that, I carve, They are humblespellbound

magicThe clock is at twelve, At a stand still, Not moving; frozen, Like a bird sitting on my windowsill. The bird turns to me; Looks me straight in the eye, I see all time flow past me, He turned and flew away, it was a lie. As I watched the bird's wings, That helped him soar, And make time, no more, I reached out, To touch him. As I felt the flutter of wings, I held on to the rim, I held on with all my might, We disappeared with out a sight.magic

timeHer eyelids were gently closing, As I watched her, Peaceful character, she is posing.time
Reminds me, Of childhood; Dreams, Sleep, And those beams, She would throw, At me, Like today's kisses, Suspiciously. Time, Gives you a second thought, Caution, Is the danger in which we have been caught.

Let me be your peach...Can I be your ice-water in mid-summer? And corny as it seems… I want you and not one other - So let me be your peach. I'll be your sheets when you are sleepy, The coffee in your cream. Those simple sweet and little things. Oh let me be your peach. I'll be your you if you'll be mine - Let me come to you in dreams. And while all this is out of reach, Will you let me be your peach?Let me be your peach...

I came back from the supermarket with a bag of scotch and coffee. I went to the kitchen, where she was still waiting at the table. It was late. The supermarket was closing up as I had left. The refrigerator hummed.
I sat across from her. She sighed. I filled our glasses up with scotch and ice. The ice felt cool against the Sydney midsummer. I was glad we had come this weekend. Get away from Canberra and its dryness.
‘This was a mistake,’ she said.
I didn’t say anything.

To twist one purest cause
Into an honest verse,
Itself, a call to angels.
The saddened lips of song that
Kiss away our innocence
From the vile mundane.

It was a pleasure, my friend.
